Dwaipayan Deb

Dwaipayan Deb is a marketing and communications professional currently serving as Head of Marketing and Communication at UNCIA since November 2023. Previously, Dwaipayan held key roles, including Content Manager for User Experience at Western Union, where leadership of the global UX writing team facilitated customer-centric content development. Dwaipayan’s extensive experience also includes Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where long-term marketing strategies were executed in collaboration with CXOs, and Associate Manager of Internal Communications at Accenture, responsible for the global internal communications program. Earlier positions included Manager of Marketing Communications at Bharti Infratel Limited, where a successful IPO public relations campaign was managed, as well as roles at Polaris Financial Technology Limited, Genesis Burson-Marsteller, and Image Inc. Dwaipayan holds a PGDBM in Marketing and HR from the Management Education & Research Institute and a BA in English (Hons) from Delhi University.
