We are a whole foods, vegetable first company that makes the food you should eat into the food you want to eat, cunning vegetables type. Our first products are the oyster mushroom “Fried Chicken” and the specialty mushroom nugget. 

We wish to replace chickens with oyster mushrooms because we don't need to pretend to be meat. We are cooler. unClassic is authentic, healthier & practical in replacing the function of meat just by dressing a bit like it
