Felicia Gallagher

Felicia Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Felicia started their career in 2003 as a Business Support Representative at Xerox Canada and gradually moved up to become a Financial Analyst and then a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2011, they were promoted to Controller and played a crucial role in establishing and operationalizing a new start-up print services division. During their time at Xerox Canada, they contributed to the division's growth, increasing its revenue from zero to $60 million within two years.

After leaving Xerox Canada in 2013, Felicia joined Praxair as a Controller, where they led accounting operations activities while serving as the divisional CFO for various business divisions, managing over $500 million CAD in annual revenues. Felicia implemented automation tools that improved sales forecasting efficiency and accuracy.

In 2017, Felicia moved to NuCO2, where they initially served as Vice President of Finance, responsible for all financial activities within the company. Felicia later took on the role of Senior VP of Finance and Customer Experience, expanding their responsibilities to include call center operations, customer experience, and customer retention. Felicia doubled the team size to 125 staff and improved call center team productivity by redefining roles and implementing performance metrics.

Currently, Felicia is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Planning at Uncle Nearest, Inc., a position they started in 2023.

Felicia Gallagher completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Queen's University in 2003. Felicia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing it in 2011.
