Matt Spence is an experienced Commercial Director at Uncoded, specializing in audio and video system design within the AV industry. Previously, they held the position of Head of AV at TEDGroup and worked as a Sound No 2 at West Yorkshire Playhouse, where they managed radio mic control and cover mixing for productions. With a BSc in Music Technology from Leeds Met University, Matt has demonstrated expertise in building teams and refining business processes to enhance operational excellence in diverse environments, including theatres, corporate spaces, and cruise ships.
