At Uncommon Collective, we believe the best thing you can do for a founder is put them in a room with the right people and actually support them to keep going.

We are a community-led social enterprise based in Melbourne, supporting founders, operators and creatives to build real momentum beyond accelerators, incubators and coworking spaces. Business should be about people as much as profit. We built UC around that belief.

Our mission is to make it easier and more common for founders, especially migrants and underrepresented builders, to grow and build momentum in community. Our vision is to become a national movement that inspires and empowers the next generation of founders, operators and leaders.

Our community of 2,000+ members grows through three focus areas.

Community: Founder networks, Momentum Circles, coffee clubs, walks and post-accelerator programs that keep founders connected and supported between the big milestones.

Content: Workshops, storytelling and programs that bridge personal and professional growth, because who you're becoming matters as much as what you're building.

Growth Services: Practical services including legal, finance, software and equity-free funding pathways that help founders build with confidence and clarity.

We are migrant-friendly, not migrant-exclusive. We actively subsidise fees and create accessible pathways because levelling the playing field for underrepresented founders is a design decision, not an afterthought.

Our we've worked with Catalysr, Aussie Founders Club, Blackbird, Stone and Chalk, LaunchVic, TSL and the City of Melbourne, among others.

Our mission is to amplify one million early-stage founders, creatives and changemakers to thrive in business and life.

If you want to reach, support or partner with founders building something meaningful in Australia, we would love to talk.
