Eric Washington is currently a Principal Fellow at Uncommon Schools, focusing on strategic coaching, data-driven practice, and transformative leadership as an instructional leader and lifelong educator committed to equity. Eric previously served as a teacher in District of Columbia Public Schools from 2020 to 2022 and completed a Master’s degree in Education Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2023. Prior to this, Eric gained experience as a student teacher in the Madison Metropolitan School District from 2019 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019.
