Vicky Fleming is the VP of Shared Services at Uncommon Solutions. Vicky has over 25 years of experience in project management and consulting. Vicky started their career as a Lead Project Manager at Prosero Technologies in 1995 and held that position for seven years. In 2002, they left Prosero Technologies to become an independent consultant. Vicky consulted for two years before joiningUncommon Solutions in 2004.

Vicky Fleming has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Metropolitan State College.
