Bill served 20 years in the U.S Army Transportation Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel at Scott AFB in 2004. He has been at UNCOMN and leading government contracts since 2014.
Bill was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended Xavier University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation Bill was commissioned in the ROTC program and served 20 years in the U.S Army Transportation Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel at Scott AFB in 2004.
During his career he served in multiple capacities as a Commander, Instructor, Brigade and Joint Staff officer. Bill graduated from the Air Force Institute of Technology with a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management. He also has two other Masters in Military Operational Art from the Air Command and Staff College and Human Resources from Webster University. Bill has certifications in Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management and Organizational Change Management.
Bill has been with UNCOMN since November 2014 supporting Government clients across USTRANSCOM with the Enterprise Architecture, Data, and Engineering (EADE) contracts from November 2014 to March 2020 as a subordinate contractor and April 2020 to present. In December 2019 UNCOMN was awarded as the Prime for the EADE contract that began April 2020. He was appointed as the Program and Account Manager for the company’s largest contract to date. He is also the Business Architecture Community of Practice lead supporting the various capabilities in business architecture, change management, knowledge management and supply chain management. Bill is also very involved in supporting community service for UNCOMN in the annual Spirit of Christmas, Special Olympics Polar Plunge, and Christian Activity Center.
