Most procurement consulting ends the same way. A deck, an invoice, and a problem that's still yours.

Unconsulting Society is a collective of senior procurement operators who deliver the fix, not the diagnosis. We kept the expertise. We dropped the rest. No decks. No juniors learning on your budget. No open-ended retainer.

You pick the outcome. You see the price before you commit. You know the delivery date. Work is scoped as fixed-price Blocks, from a spend audit to a full category overhaul, starting at €1.5k. No scope creep. No surprise on the invoice.

The fastest way in is Unbot, our procurement assistant. Tell it what's broken, get pointed to the right Block and a price in minutes. No sales call required. https://unconsultingsociety.com/?service=#unbot

We're built for companies moving faster than their procurement function. Series A to C, scaling hard or temporarily stretched. The symptoms we get called on:
- Cash burning and nobody can say where
- Supplier chaos and single points of failure
- Zero visibility on spend
- Procurement run on Excel and hope
- A transition, a peak, or a gap no one has time to fill
- Executives negotiating contracts at midnight

The operators behind it spent decades inside GE, Nokia, J&J, Unilever and startups. We've been in the room when it was on fire. Now we get hired to put it out, on a clock and a budget you signed off in advance.

We're also building something bigger: a society of senior operators who think procurement deserves better than the consulting status quo. That part's still forming. The work speaks first.

Strategy or execution. Pick the outcome, see the price, know when it's delivered.

Want the thinking, not the pitch? The Unconsulting memo. One email a month, real procurement analysis, zero spam. https://unconsultingsociety.substack.com/
