Steve Cramer

Steve Cramer is the Chief Financial Officer at RARE RESTAURANTS LIMITED, where they have been contributing since 2021. With extensive experience in national and international hospitality and professional services, they have raised investment and debt, managed investors, and navigated companies through growth, turnaround, acquisitions, and sales. Prior to their current role, Steve co-founded Acuity Professional and served as CEO, leading the group's successful turnaround. They also held senior positions at Tearfund, Barvest Limited/Eclectic Bars, London Union plc, and Leagas Delaney. Steve trained as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
