Bart Le Blanc

Bart Le Blanc is a member of the Supervisory Board of APG Asset Management and serves on the Sustainable Investment Council of UNCTAD in Geneva. As one of the founders of Andreas Capital in Luxembourg, they continue as a non-executive director. Bart studied economics at the University of Tilburg and earned a PhD in Law from the University of Leyden. Their early career included roles in the Netherlands Office of the Prime Minister and as Director General of the Budget at the Ministry of Finance, followed by significant positions at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. Bart also served as CFO of URENCO and was on the board of the Dutch public sector pension fund ABP until 2014.
