Christopher Grigoriou

Christopher Grigoriou is an experienced economist with a diverse background in consulting, academia, and risk management. Currently serving as an international consultant since July 2014, Christopher has also held positions as an external consultant for The World Bank, focusing on risk management and data analytics for customs administrations since January 2006. Additional roles include serving as an IMF Customs & Tax expert since June 2013, and a lead expert for UNCTAD in e-commerce and digital economy strategies since September 2019. Christopher has been an invited professor of econometrics at the University of Lausanne since February 2007 and previously held positions at various institutions, including the University of Auvergne, where teaching covered macroeconomics, econometrics, and international trade. With a Ph.D. from Université d'Auvergne and a strong emphasis on public economics, Christopher is well-regarded in the fields of risk management for government services and economic development.
