Federico Manto

Federico Manto is an experienced professional in economic affairs and sustainability, currently serving as an Associate Economic Affairs Officer (JPO) at UNCTAD since December 2022, focusing on international trade and commodities. Prior to this role, Federico was the Executive Programme Manager at the European Club Association from July 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included implementing sustainability strategies and managing EU-funded projects. Federico also contributed as a Market Analyst and Trade Analyst at the International Trade Centre from June 2016 to June 2020, managing projects, conducting data analysis, and co-authoring publications on trade and competitiveness. Earlier internships at UNIDO provided further exposure to investment analysis and project reporting. Federico holds a Master of Science in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University and participated in an exchange program at Universitat de Barcelona.
