Innocent Onega

Innocent Onega, CSSLP, is an experienced Information Technology Expert currently working at UNCTAD, focusing on the development and implementation of the Zimbabwe Electronic Single Window System since November 2022. With a substantial background in software development and system upgrades, Innocent has contributed to significant projects across several organizations, including the upgrade of Customs Systems for the Zambia and Uganda Revenue Authorities and the development of the RADDEx system at the East African Community Secretariat. Education includes a Master’s degree in Web Applications and Services from the University of Leicester, along with certifications in software security and project management.
