Ricardo Murillo has over two decades of experience in the field of economics and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the DMFAS Programme at UNCTAD since October 2002, Ricardo Murillo specializes in implementing debt management projects aimed at assisting developing and middle-income countries through advanced software solutions and training. Prior to this, from January 1997 to December 1999, Ricardo Murillo worked as an economic advisor for the Commission on Economic Development of Jalisco, where responsibilities included reviewing and proposing legislative bills. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme in Public Policy and Economics from the Institut International d'Administration Publique (ENA) and a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad de Guadalajara.
