Stephan Seepersad

Stephan Seepersad is a Computer Information Systems Analyst at UNCTAD since May 2014, specializing as a Java Software Developer for the ASYCUDA World System, focused on customs border control system analysis and design. Previously, Stephan served as a Programming Specialist at the Customs & Excise Division from July 2006 to April 2014, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of E-Documents and modules, alongside over four years as a lead developer in the ASYCUDA World Team. Early career experience includes a role as a Systems Support Specialist providing troubleshooting and support, and as a System Support Technician at Trinpad Ltd. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing from the University of Greenwich and has completed several programs at the Institute for Management of Information Systems.
