Valentina Rivas

Valentina Rivas is an experienced Programme Management Officer at UNCTAD, currently involved in the UNCTAD DODR project focusing on online dispute resolution for consumers. With a solid background including roles such as Associate Programme Management Officer and Expert in competition and consumer protection, Valentina has contributed significantly to initiatives across Latin America. Previous experience includes developing strategic plans and organizing training courses for competition agencies while at Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica. Valentina has also held positions at Fête des Vignerons and Lufthansa Cargo, demonstrating a diverse range of management skills. Valentina's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Socioeconomics from the University of Geneva and a Licentiate in International Relations from Universidad de la República.
