Vansh Madaan holds significant experience in political strategy and youth engagement, currently serving as Assistant to the Minister of State for External Affairs in India since September 2024. Additionally, Madaan has been involved with UNCTAD as a Youth Leader since October 2018, focusing on youth empowerment and sustainable development. As Founder and National Coordinator of Youth Action Hubs - India, Madaan has facilitated youth participation in UNCTAD's initiatives. Previous roles include Political Strategy Consultant, Head of Policy Research and Communications for Baijayant Panda, and Project Manager for a Youth Online Learning Organisation, where Madaan led initiatives addressing misinformation and community support during the pandemic. Madaan has also co-founded a youth-oriented organization and gained legal experience through internships in prominent legal settings. Madaan holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School Delhi and completed high school at Modern Vidya Niketan.
