Ashley Adams has over a decade of experience in various roles within the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as an Information Technology Trainer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since May 2014, Ashley specializes in developing training programs and creating instructional videos for Microsoft 365 and digital accessibility for faculty, staff, and students. In addition to this role, Ashley has also worked as a Grants Specialist and a Travel & Accounts Payable Specialist at UNC CAUSE from January 2022 to January 2025, contributing as Conference Co-chair for the 2023 IT conference and previously as Program Co-chair for the 2022 conference, focusing on proposal management and data visualization using Power BI.
