Colin Taper

Colin Taper is an experienced professional in instructional technology and design, currently serving as the Instructional Technology & Videography Services Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since April 2017. Prior experience includes co-founding Strategic Foundations, LLC, and working as a Technology Facilitator with New Hanover County Schools, where Colin designed professional development for educators and provided technical support for a large user base. Additional roles include instructional designer positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and consultancy work with multiple organizations. Colin's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Washington College.
