Colleen Brown

Colleen Brown is a dedicated marine scientist currently pursuing a PhD at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where Colleen also serves as an Aquatic Ecology Laboratory Research Specialist. With a solid academic foundation, Colleen earned a Master of Science in Marine Geosciences from the University of Miami and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Oceanography from the same university. Colleen's experience includes roles as a Dive Master with PADI and a researcher within the American Academy of Underwater Sciences, showcasing extensive expertise in aquatic ecology and scientific diving. Additional experience includes contributions to NOAA as a Hollings Scholar and involvement in coral reef ecology research at the Hawai'i Institute of Marine Biology.
