Craig Brackens

Craig Brackens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and operations. Currently serving as a Capital Project Manager and Project Manager at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since January 2020, Brackens previously held the position of Director of Operations and Project Manager at Wittenbach Business Systems from July 2018 to January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Field Services at Advanced Fraud Solutions, where responsibilities included managing multiple contracted services for a substantial financial institution. Brackens also has a solid foundation in law enforcement, having served as a Law Enforcement Officer/Detective at Stokes County Sheriff's Office and as Lieutenant/Patrol Division Commander at King Police Department. Brackens holds a BA in Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University and has furthered expertise with a certification as a CUNA Security and Fraud Expert.
