David MacQueen

David MacQueen, PhD, is an experienced academic and industry professional currently serving as an Associate Professor and previously as an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since August 2018. In addition, David holds the position of Chief Science Officer at opiAID, LLC, a role undertaken since October 2018. Prior to these appointments, David was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California San Diego from August 2015 to July 2018. David earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2015, a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2006 to 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2001 to 2005.
