David Rabon

David Rabon is a seasoned environmental specialist with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Atlas Environmental, Inc. since March 2022, David also holds the roles of President, Senior Science Advisor, and Assets and Project Manager at Watchstone Investments Inc. since December 2016. In addition, David has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the Department of Biology and Marine Biology at UNC Wilmington since 2008. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Facility Management at Respira Vita LLC from January 2015 to February 2021, Science Advisor at the Endangered Wolf Center from 2015 to 2020, and Supervisory Wildlife Biologist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from August 1999 to January 2015. David's educational background includes a PhD in Zoology from North Carolina State University, an MS in Biology and BA degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and an AA in General Studies from Central Piedmont Community College.
