Erin Williamson

Erin Williamson, M.Ed, serves as the Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since October 2015, providing leadership and supervision to the Campus Life unit focused on enhancing student engagement and community building. Previous roles at UNC Wilmington include Assistant Director for Leadership Development and Assistant Director for Leadership Programs and Community Engagement, where Erin oversaw significant leadership initiatives and programming. With an extensive background in student affairs, Erin has held various positions including Program Advisor at Texas A&M University and graduate research roles, emphasizing leadership development, event coordination, and community engagement. Erin holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
