Justin Carson

Justin Carson currently serves as the Associate Director of Development for Athletics at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a position held since July 2021, focusing on fundraising and enhancing the student-athlete experience. Prior to this role, Justin held several positions including Director of the Orange & Blue Club at Gettysburg College from August 2019 to July 2021, Assistant Director of Annual Giving for Young Alumni & Athletics at McDaniel College from April 2018 to August 2019, and Senior Business Development Associate at Stevenson University from October 2014 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as an Advertising Manager/Director at The Daily Record from July 2010 to November 2014. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
