Marlo Brooks

Marlo Brooks currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Resource Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since November 2023. Prior to this role, Marlo held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust from September 2021 to November 2023, and was previously the Assistant Dean of Administration and Finance at Lesley Art + Design from July 2007 to July 2020, where significant budgets were developed and managed to support enrollment growth. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager at Harvard Medical School for a brief period in 2006-2007 and as Finance & Operations Manager at Sea-Band International from 2004 to 2006, where responsibilities included project management, marketing, and human resources oversight. Marlo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's degree in Counseling in Large Systems from Salve Regina University.
