Melissa Clary

Melissa Clary has extensive experience in fundraising and organizational leadership, spanning over two decades. From May 2019 to June 2022, Melissa served as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Major Gifts and Director of Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington's College of Health and Human Services. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Executive Director at the Muscular Dystrophy Association from January 2011 to May 2019, and held a similar position as Executive Director at the Board Retailers Association from March 2006 to January 2011. Early in the career, Melissa worked as the Director of Grassroots at the American Health Care Association from January 2004 to January 2006 and as a Development Associate at AdvaMed from January 2001 to January 2004.
