Monica Chase

Monica Chase has extensive experience in student support and administration within higher education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. As the Assistant Dean of Students, Monica coordinates interventions for students facing academic, health, conduct, and financial challenges, serving as a liaison to various stakeholders. In previous roles, including Student Success Advisor and Executive Assistant to the Dean of Students, Monica advocated for student needs, managed crisis situations, and provided administrative support for the Division of Student Affairs. With a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution, Monica brings a strong educational background to her professional endeavors.
