Ryan Stephens

Ryan Stephens is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Students at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions in student conduct and transitional living, including Assistant Director of Student Conduct-Interim at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Transitional Living Assistant at Milton Hershey School. Ryan's background in student services is complemented by a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University. Earlier career experience includes serving as a State Trooper and Community Service Officer with the Pennsylvania State Police.
