Saad Ehtisham

Saad Ehtisham, DHA, FACHE, is an experienced healthcare executive and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the MHA program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since August 2023. Ehtisham holds the positions of Senior Vice President and President of Acute Care Operations at Novant Health, as well as President of the Novant Health Greater Charlotte Market and Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center since March 2019. Previously, Ehtisham was an Adjunct Professor of Health Services Administration at Florida International University and held senior leadership roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Central Florida Health and Chief Executive Officer at University Medical Center. Ehtisham has also served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer at Via Christi Health System. Ehtisham's educational background includes a Doctor of Health Administration from Central Michigan University, an MBA and MHA from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University.
