Samuel Stasiewicz is an Assistant Researcher at the University of North Carolina Wilmington's Computer Science Department, where responsibilities include designing and implementing Smart Agricultural Systems to examine the relationship between soil nutrients and produce nutrition, with an emphasis on consumer health. Samuel has also conducted research on Intelligent Textiles within the agricultural sector and developed an Arduino-based IoT soil fertility device during an independent study. In addition, Samuel serves as a salesman for Shephards Way Farms since November 2017 and is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Intelligent Systems Engineering at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, having previously graduated from Sanderson High School in 2021.
