Stefanie Norris

Stefanie Norris, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives and Transfer Pathways at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since July 2021. In this role, Stefanie promotes transfer student success and manages enrollment and retention initiatives for diverse student populations. Previous positions include Interim Director of Transition Programs, Director of Student Leadership and Involvement, and Executive Director of Campus Life, showcasing a strong focus on student engagement and leadership development. With a comprehensive background in campus life programming, Stefanie has led various initiatives and managed substantial budgets across multiple roles since joining UNCW in 2010. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Leadership in Higher Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from James Madison University.
