Tab Ballis

Tab Ballis is a seasoned professional with over thirty-five years of experience in mental health, addictions, family systems, crisis response, cultural sensitivity, and LGBTQ populations. Currently serving as a Manager/Consultant at Family Tree Productions, Inc. since 2005, Tab has developed a robust body of work in education, training, consulting, and media production. Concurrently, Tab holds positions on the SAGE Wilmington Steering Committee, as faculty at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and as Disaster Mental Health Lead for the American Red Cross. Tab's clinical practice at Insight Wellness Services specializes in psychotherapy for diverse populations, including couples and LGBTQ communities. Previous roles include board membership at the Frank Harr Foundation and chairs at the Men's Practice Unit of the National Association of Social Workers, where groundbreaking initiatives for the social work field were established.
