Yolanda Pollard

Yolanda Pollard is a Leadership and Innovation Strategist with extensive experience in both industry and academic settings, focusing on internal and external leadership strategy. They served as an instructor at Xavier University Preparatory School and progressed through various communication roles, including Communications Specialist and Communications Manager at Entergy, before becoming a Senior Communications Leader at GE Vernova. Currently, Yolanda is the Director of Executive Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington while pursuing a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership. They hold an M.S. in Management from Troy University and a B.A. in Journalism from Louisiana State University.
