Brooke connects with UND alumni and friends about how they can create an impact on students, campus, faculty, and programs. She is their concierge for providing campus updates, and upcoming events, and informing them about how their giving has impacted students/departments. At the same time, she ensures that all UND alumni and friends can always call UND their home.

Ashley works closely with alumni and friends to connect their passions and interests to the needs of the [University of North Dakota](/org/university-of-north-dakota) and more specifically the College of & and Human Development. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and aspires to help others leave a legacy for future generations of students, faculty, and staff at UND.

Not only does Ashley love attending UND Athletics events, but she’s a lover of concerts and music. She enjoys spending time outside in the summer with her husband, John, and their children Brooklin and Noa

Melissa’s process expertise spans the organization as she creates efficient, effective solutions to project management. Additionally, she oversees the integrity of the alumni database to ensure accurate reporting and analytics across the UND Alumni Association & Foundation.

Brian Burkett is the current Director of Information Technology at [UND Alumni Association](/org/und-alumni-association). Brian has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, starting their career as a Technical and Sales Specialist at Radio Shack. Brian then went on to become the Chief Executive Officer of Insight Technologies, Inc. in January 1987, a position they held for over 30 years. In January 2018, Brian stepped down as CEO and became the company's Chief Operating Officer. Brian held this position until April 2019, when they left to become the Manager at Connecting Point. Brian has been with [UND Alumni Association](/org/und-alumni-association) since July 2019 and is responsible for overseeing the IT department.

Brian Burkett Assoc has a certification from EverTrue in donor experience and a certification from Google in Project Management Specialization. Brian also has a certification from [Coursera](/org/coursera) in Agile Project Management and a certification from [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) in Embracing Unexpected Change. Brian also has a certification from University of North Dakota in OmniUpdate/Modern Campus Training.

Their manager is DeAnna Carlson Zink, Chief Executive Officer. Brian Burkett Assoc works with Bob Knutson - VP, Operations Management, Melissa Garceau Assoc - VP, Operations Operations, and Adam Whetham Assoc - Director of Technology.

A self-described “people person,” Keeley pulls off events ranging from fun to elegant for alumni and friends around the country. She works with campus partners and UND donors to plan athletics and fundraising events to support the needs of the University of North Dakota.
