Eric Peng Cheng has experience working as the CEO, CFO, and CO-Owner of Undefeated Inc. Eric Peng was responsible for overseeing retail operations and expansion. Prior to that, they worked as the CEO and Owner of BAIT Inc, specifically BAITme.com.

Eric Peng Cheng attended Diamond Bar High School from 1992 to 1996, where they focused their studies on Fine/Studio Arts, General. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles, from 1996 to 2000. During their time at UCLA, Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design.
