Under Production Limited was established in 2015 with the aim of providing a practical platform for young individuals interested in the creative industry. Our goal is to deepen their understanding of the industry and foster their social awareness through engagement in various community projects. Our youth network consists of young designers, artists, and creators in Hong Kong. Our services primarily include film and video production, publishing (books/magazines/visual content/original music), event planning and management (concept development/public relations/media management), and more.

To date, we have nurtured over 400 creative talents from various secondary schools and tertiary institutions, including the University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, IVE, and others. Additionally, we have provided over 1000 internship and employment opportunities, collaborating with diverse partners in different fields. Our partners include the Labour and Welfare Bureau, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Design Institute, Lee Shau Kee Foundation, Hong Kong Christian Service, Jockey Club, Wofoo Group, Golden Age Foundation, Caritas, Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Dialogue In The Dark, Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises, Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong, The Wave, theDesk, Chinachem Group, Media Asia Entertainment Holdings, and FrancFranc, among others.

陸續出版有限公司成立於2015年，致力為有意投身創意產業的青年建立實戰平台，令他們對行業有更深認識，並透過參與不同社會項目令他們更認識社會。我們的青年網絡包括香港年輕設計師、藝術工作者及創作人，服務主要包括電影及影片製作、出版業務（書籍刊物/影像/原創音樂）、活動策劃及管理（點子構想/公關支援/媒體管理）等。
 
過去已培育超過400位創意人才。他們來自各中學及大專院校，包括香港大學、中文大學、城市理工大學、浸會大學、IVE等等。同時，我們提供了超過1000個實習及就業機會，主要合作伙伴涵蓋不同領域，包括勞福局、香港中文大學、香港知專設計學院、利希慎基金、基督教服務處、賽馬會、和富集團、黃金時代基金會、仁人學社、明愛、社協、對話體驗、社企總會、小童群益會、The Wave、theDesk、華懋集團、寰亞娛樂管理及FrancFranc等。
