Cristian Aires

Cristian Aires is a Partner at Under and serves as the Operations Manager. With a background in information technology and services, Cristian has honed their skills through various roles, starting as an intern providing technical support at Tribunal de Justiça do RS and later as an instructor of informática. At Under, they progressed from a Senior Systems Administrator to Operations Manager, ultimately becoming a partner. Cristian holds two MBA degrees, one in IT Infrastructure Management from IGTI and another in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 3.0 from PUCRS. They also earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from PUCRS.
