Patrick Cusato

Patrick Cusato is the Managing Partner at Underberg & Kessler LLP, with extensive experience in commercial real estate and mortgage banking. Patrick serves as Chair of the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Patrick has represented a variety of clients in real property transactions, including major national telecommunications companies, developers, retailers, commercial lenders, and mortgage bankers. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as an Attorney / Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law, obtained Magna Cum Laude, and a B.A. in Political Science / History from Canisius University, achieved Cum Laude.
