Ryan Biesenbach

Ryan Biesenbach is an Associate Attorney at Underberg & Kessler LLP, specializing in employment law cases including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes, with a track record of successfully negotiating settlements to avoid litigation. Previously, Ryan gained extensive experience as an Associate Attorney at ZABELL & COLLOTTA PC and Tand and Associates, where involvement spanned all aspects of litigation. Early legal roles included law clerk positions at Chalos & Co, P.C. and Bellavia Blatt & Crossett, PC, as well as pro bono work with the Asylum Clinic.
