Underground Services, Inc., SoftDig®, founded in 1987, is a full-service professional utility locating and subsurface utility engineering (S.U.E.) provider that provides a complete range of locating services throughout the Northeastern United States and Texas, including the innovative SoftDig® non-destructive air/vacuum excavation system for locating underground utilities. Underground Services, Inc. is dedicated solely to subsurface utility locating and engineering.  Our headquarters is in West Chester, PA (near Philadelphia) and we maintain operations offices in Annapolis Junction, MD; San Antonio, TX; and Syracuse, NY.
