Head of Product & Design, Co-Founder at Underline

Coty Beasley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Coty is currently the Head of Product & Design, Co-Founder at Underline, where they design and builds software-defined fiber optic networks. Prior to that, they worked at Neighborly as the VP of Product and later as the Director of Product Design and Product Manager for Client Experience. Coty also served as the Principal Product Designer and Design Lead at Neighborly.

Before their time at Neighborly, Coty worked at Mode3 (formerly known as Damascus Edge) as the Principal Designer, where they provided strategic technology services and product design for corporate spin-offs and startups. Coty also co-founded Edge Up Sports, where they served as the Head of Product. Additionally, they worked at Epiq Systems as a Senior UX Designer and at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Senior Design Engineer.

Earlier in their career, Coty co-founded CandyCam Multimedia Robotics, where they served as the Chief Product Officer and managed a team of designers, engineers, and marketing staff. Coty also ran their own business, Beasley Creative, specializing in UI design for web and mobile applications. Prior to that, they worked as an HCI Consultant at Cjk Software Consultants, Inc and held various roles at The Bobblehead LLC, including Infrastructure Lead, Interface Designer, and Concept Designer.

Throughout their career, Coty has demonstrated expertise in product strategy, design, user experience, and team management across a range of industries, including technology, finance, and insurance.

Coty Beasley began their education at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley in 2007, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design. Coty completed their studies at this institution in 2009. Subsequently, Coty Beasley went on to enroll at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2011.
