Tobias Kuetscher is currently working as the Chief Growth Officer at Underlining, a leading beauty brand startup in the decorative cosmetics category. In this role, they are responsible for global growth initiatives, strategy and company development, USA retail development, international expansion, and product portfolio and strategy. Prior to this, Tobias worked at Unilever, where they held various general manager positions, overseeing P&Ls of multiple countries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Tobias also had management responsibilities for Unilever in Germany and Eastern Europe. Before Unilever, Tobias gained experience in business development, marketing, and product management roles at L'Oréal. In addition, they have previously worked as an intern at various companies, including eBay, BMW Group, BMW USA, Roche Pharma, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Tobias Kuetscher completed an Executive Management Program at INSEAD from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mannheim between 1998 and 2004. In addition, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Swansea University from 2001 to 2002.
