Austin Mayster is currently a Partner at Underscore Talent, having worked previously as a Digital Talent Agent at United Talent Agency, and a Talent Manager at Studio 71. With experience in representing various YouTube channels and providing digital support and strategy to influencers, Austin also served as the Director of Talent and Entertainment at Reach Agency, working with clients such as Nestle, Purina, and Walmart. Prior to that, Austin worked as an Assistant at Creative Artists Agency, where Austin negotiated and closed endorsement opportunities for clients. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications - Radio, Television and Film from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
