Dylan Flinn is an accomplished talent manager and head of AI at Underscore Talent Management since June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Futureverse, where Dylan played a key role in partnerships for Readyverse, an immersive gaming platform co-founded by Ernie Cline. Prior to Futureverse, Dylan was the CEO and co-founder of Shadows, an animation studio and IP incubator that created notable animated personalities. Dylan's professional journey also includes positions at Creative Artists Agency in virtual and augmented reality, Rothenberg Ventures as Director of Investments, and Electronic Arts in product marketing, among others. Dylan holds a BS in Business Entrepreneurship from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
