In addition, Yury serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at TheSoul Publishing, focusing on M&A and strategic partnerships for a leading digital content studio. Yury's board roles at Underscore Talent Management and Unibio involve advising on growth and capital structuring. Previously, Yury held senior positions at Wainbridge Capital, RDIF, J.P. Morgan, RBS, Grisons Peak, and Morgan Stanley, with a strong background in equity capital markets and investment management. Yury holds an MBA from INSEAD, an LL.M. from Cornell Law School, and a law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
