Kate Devlieger

Kate DeVlieger is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as a Partner Executive Assistant at Underscore VC since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kate worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Breakthrough Properties from June 2022 to July 2024, and was involved with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management between September 2019 and July 2022. Kate's formative years included contributing to Boston College Athletics as both a Student Athlete in Division 1 Women's Rowing and managing the donor database for the Athletic Development Flynn Fund, where skills in donor trend analysis and scholarship management were developed. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology & Human Development and Communications from Boston College, complemented by a prior education at Merion Mercy Academy. An internship at NSM Insurance Group further contributes to a diverse skill set.
