Danny Roy

Danny Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Danny currently works as an Engineering Manager Project Delivery at understand.ai since April 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Xempus AG where they held multiple roles including Java Engineer, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master from September 2018 to April 2023. Danny was an Agile Consultant at BSH Home Appliances Group from April 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they worked at MegaZebra as a Producer from April 2014 to January 2016, where they managed cross-functional teams and achieved high monetization records for popular games. Danny co-founded mintflow Games GmbH in August 2012 and served as the CEO, successfully launching two high-quality Facebook games. From January 2011 to July 2012, they worked at Ravensburger Digital as a Producer, launching successful games and expanding the company's presence in the digital market. Danny also had their own ventures, including Wishkraft Roy & Osorio GbR and RoysToys in 2010. Prior to that, they worked at 3G Entertainment/Mobizoom AG as a Technical Product Manager/Head of Mobile from March 2008 to January 2010.
