Nadia Chen is a seasoned product owner with extensive experience in managing technical teams and delivering SaaS solutions, currently employed at understand.ai since June 2023. Prior to this, Nadia served as a product owner at Löwenstein Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG, where responsibilities included defining product roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to enhance tele-health services. Nadia's prior experience includes roles as project manager at Bitworks, leading scrum activities and client communications, and localization team lead at Palex Group Inc., where supervision of a 14-member team resulted in substantial profit increases and enhanced operational processes. Holding a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Security from Tomsk State University, Nadia also has technical design expertise from early career roles.
